Profile

Mr Ossie Phillips has been a builder for the past 25 years, undertaken training at college and has been Foreman for Local Government Projects, Sub-Contractor for Private Housing Developments,and Approved Contractor for Grant Work.

He is a fit and agile man, can multi task with ease, and project manage with all the contacts that he has within the building trade. A lot of client consultation and satisfaction is done on a daily basis which has made the company a great success. He is also a member of the Federation of Master Builders and can be verified on findabuilder.co.uk

Expertise

Ossie has become a specialist in roofing, plastering, dry lining, brick laying, block laying, fibre glass roofing, upvcu window fitting, guttering, tiling, and painting & decorating.

Ossie has undertaken domestic work of complete refurbishments, but generally specialises within the commercial shop fitting and redesigning of layout.

Free written and verbal estimates will be emailed, faxed, and posted to clients. Employees are usually hired if needed per individual job, so as to keep costs down, these are people that have worked for us on previous projects.

Location

We can travel from Newport, Cardiff, Bridgend, Port Talbot, Neath, to Swansea.

Pricing

Each job is priced on fixed price or a day work basis.
