Profile

We are a small family business,we have been trading since 1987. my name is mike lees i am the company director. we directly employ twelve staff ranging from brick layers to labourers, i myself am a plasterer by trade. we employ a number of self employed tradesmen, all are local people which we think gives us that little extra bond with our customers. we are members of the federation of master builders & fensa. all of our tradesmen are fully qualified in their respective trades.

Expertise

We specialise in extensions & loft conversions. We like to feel that we can offer our customers the best option to increase their living, to maximise the space available to them.

Pricing

All work is priced individually, we have no set prices. We will survey your property, draw and submit plans on your behalf.

We will meet with you to discuss the various options of construction and discuss the costing and any financing that may be required.

We are very flexible in all areas, we can offer favourable finance packages.
