Profile

Richard is our Project Manager @ Property Repair.

Richard has played a major part in the company's recent success. He is a very friendly guy and gets on extremely well with all our clients.

The volume of business that Richard has brought in, especially in the last year or so, is phenomenal, he works hard and is a credit to the company.

Property Repair is growing faster than any of our nearest competitors and is showing no signs of slowing down. Before Property Repair, Richard worked for a building company based in Morningside, Edinburgh. Whilst there he helped restore hundreds of properties all over Scotland, even as far north as Elgin and Forres where he helped repair properties in the two towns after the major flooding in July 1997.

As a part of this All Trades team he absorbed as much knowledge of the business as he could, often observing the way that staff dealt with clients, organised jobs etc. He learned the importance of Customer Care and that Health & Safety and Cleanliness in a clients home should always be his top priorities.
