architects, surveyors and clients to give the complete construction service
from earliest conception and budget planning, through design to handover,
over 60% of our projects are repeat business.

from in the main Housing Association and Local authority sectors of the market,
and can plan to suit your individual requirements.
Rapid Response offers a full range of
services and fast reactive repairs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!! From
our fleet of service vehicles which are fully equipped to deal with most
day to day maintenance problems, from programmed maintenance schedules and
cyclical repairs and re-decorations throughout to new build construction,
covering ground floor extensions, to complete new roofing.
We strongly believe in building a personal
rapport with our customers to develop a better understanding of their
requirements and expectations and are working to-ward partnering with many
of our existing clients, we guarantee client's direct access to senior managerial
staff at all times.
