Profile

Hello my name is Andy Martin and I'm the owner/operator and proprietor of Martin's Maintenance Service's. I have been trading since 1989 and have always worked on my own.

This I feel means that I can't take on to much work and also mean's that my client's and customer's get my full and undivided attention. I am fully experienced in all form's of the construction industry again making it better for all my client's and customer's because from the beginning of the project to the end of the project I'm the regular face to be seen.

Expertise

First and foremost my main trade is Plumbing and Central Heating where I specialise in Bathroom and Kitchen Installation's as well as Central Heating Install's. The other trade's followed as Plumbing encompasses all the trade's.

Pricing

For any call out's I charge a fixed hourly rate. This believe me is a lot cheaper than most plumber's out there. The reason for this, is because in the middle of the night or day, if you've got a leaking pipe, you'r not going to want to be calling all the plumber's, to find out who the cheapest is.

Our mission statement

Upon meeting with the prospective customer and discussing THEIR idea's, I then put all the information into my laptop's C.A.D. programme and again my self and the customer sit down and THEY decide.

If that is what THEY want. If not I keep tweaking the program until it meet's THEIR idea's. Once the customer is satisfied with the result's, then the construction begin's.

Because I work on my own' I complete all task's to the standard's witch I expect to receive, if I were the customer. Price wise, I do at all time's, try to keep my price's as low as possible whilst also providing a top quality service.
