Profile

I am 22 years of age my name is Richard. I like meeting new people and enjoy new challenge's. I am starting out on my own but intend to gain good relationship's with customers and expand to be able to employ another worker to work along side myself and learn the building trade as I have done myself. I started building when I left school at the age of 16 and over the last 6 years my knowledge of the trade has become greater. I am a outdoor person who enjoy's working in all weather conditions to meet deadlines and targets that have been set for jobs.

Expertise

I specialise in roofing but i also carry out all other types of external building work, ie: patio's - retaining walls - landscaping + gardening and general building maintenance needs. I will also carry out small internal jobs, ie: painting + decorating - bathroom/kitchen tiling - fitting doors and partition walling.

I prefer residential work as I feel it gives me greater job satisfaction on completion of the work.

Roof repairs, roof inspections, new roof coverings, tiling, slating, leadwork, guttering, fascias & barge boarding, flat roofing, plastics, painting, decorating, general building maintenance, general repairs.

Pricing

I will be giving free quotations and aim to match or beat existing quotations. Work for the elderly will be charged at special discount rates. I will also be offering the customer the chance to order and buy their own materials for the job so they know they are not being over charged.

Our mission statement

I aim to provide work to the highest standards at the best price. All work will be guaranteed. I aim to meet all targets and deadlines that have been set for me. Time keeping is essential for me as it is for the customer to know that the work will be finished on time. Keeping the site clean and tidy is also a main objective as a good tradesman I always tidy up behind myself and don't allow rubbish to be blown all over the site.
